The Story: When Sarah Newman and Amanda Wilson were launching The Elevate Team, they needed everything: a brand identity that felt like them, and a website that could actually do the heavy lifting for a modern real estate business. Their existing KV Core site was clunky and generic and nothing about it reflected the elevated, personality-driven team they were building. They wanted something that felt cohesive and professional from day one, with built-in IDX search so prospective buyers could browse listings and the team could capture leads without missing a beat.
What We Did: We started with a full brand identity: logo, color palette, and visual direction designed to feel elevated and intentional while still warm and personable. From there, we built a custom WordPress site using Elementor, ditching the KV Core limitations entirely. The centerpiece: a fully integrated IDX property search, giving visitors a seamless way to explore listings directly on the site while funneling leads back to Sarah and Amanda automatically.
The Result: A polished, professional launch presence that The Elevate Team could be proud of from day one complete with a lead-generating IDX search experience that works as hard as they do. No more clunky templates. Just a site that finally feels like them.
